What we've done

Over our 20-year history, Lotus Capital has invested in excess of $2B across industrial, retail, office, hotel and residential asset classes.
Since 2010, alone, we have raised $160M of equity and deployed it into industrial, retail and multi-residential property acquisitions across Canada and the US, representing over five million square feet of leasable area.
In 2014, we formed a strategic relationship with PRO Real Estate Investment Trust, with the objective of leveraging Lotus Capital’s real estate investment expertise and national breadth to augment PRO’s growth strategies. PRO’s market cap has since quintupled.
